Absinthe Minded is delightful robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whiskey white rye bluebird and 15ml absinthe with 30ml pomegranate juice as well as 15ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
