Absinthe Italiano is very enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml pernod and 15ml maraschino liqueur with 15ml anisette liqueur baitz as well as 20ml water including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
