Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Pour in absinthe and gum syrup.
  3. Vigorously shake.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Top glass with cold mineral water.

Absinthe Frappe Classic is bewitching average cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml absinthe reverie and 30ml gum syrup with 200ml soda water mineral as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into shaker then pour in absinthe and gum syrup and vigorously shake. Hawthorne strain into glass and top glass with cold mineral water and served in a highball glass cold.
