Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.

Absinth is appealing heavy cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml pernod and 15ml anisette with 10ml water as well as 10ml bitters orange including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into cold glass and served in a martini glass cold.
