Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with orange.

Lillet - Lillet classed as an aromatised white wine based aperitif with quinine from Podensac and is was first made in 1920.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Bitters Angostura - Angostura bitters is a concentrated bitters or botanically infused alcoholic mixture made of water ethanol gentian herbs and spices.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Orange - Orange is the fruit of the citrus species citrus.

Abbey is moreish quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin dry luxardo and 15ml lillet with 45ml orange juice as well as 10ml bitters angostura including 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with orange and served in a saucer glass cold.
