Method - Stirred - Cold

Light poach abalone then cool.
Brunoise abalone and add to glass.
Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Slowly stir well until mixed.
Fine strain over abalone.
Delectable

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Abalone Martini is delectable robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml vodka willing and 20ml vermouth dry castagna with 10ml lemon juice as well as 15ml abalone cooked including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just light poach abalone then cool then brunoise abalone and add to glass and place ice into mixing glass. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass and slowly stir well until mixed and fine strain over abalone and served in a martini glass cold.
