ALEC is delish very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Layered with 20ml apple liqueur hiram walker and 20ml lime liqueur dezir with 20ml everclear 120 proof as well as 20ml cranberry juice and good with afternoon tea. Just add apple liqueur to bottom of glass then layer in the lime liqueur and float the everclear on top. Add layer of cranberry juice on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
