A Joy Ride is delish smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml lychee juice and 70ml sparkling wine white and good to have with brunch. Just use ver col glass then top in a lychee nut and pour the lychee juice into glass. Add in the sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
