911 is beguiling very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila silver ixa and 30ml vodka no 209 with 30ml lime juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into shaker then pour ingredients into shaker and vigorously shake. Strain into glass and garnish glass with chili and served in a saucer glass cold.
