Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel and an olive.

Gin Dry Haymans - Haymans dry gin family has been making gin since 1863 and made with juniper lemon orange cassia cinnamon Ceylon cinnamon nutmeg angelica root orris root coriander seed and licorice root.

Bitters Orange - Orange bitters is a form of bitters a cocktail flavoring made from the peels of Seville oranges cardamom caraway seed coriander and burnt sugar in an alcohol base.

50 50 Martini is piquant heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml gin dry haymans and 40ml vermouth dry dolin with 10ml bitters orange as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and garnish with a lemon peel and an olive and served in a martini glass cold.
