2 Kumquats is very palatable robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml gin and 10ml lime juice with 10ml passion fruit juice as well as 10ml kumquat juice including 10ml honey syrup also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just put ice cubes into bar shaker then drop in a few sage leaves and add all other ingredients. Vigorously shake and strain into cocktail glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
