Kenny Bitters is a distillery that uses the finest ingredients to make a full range of classic drink bitters. All bitters are tightly controlled and batch made by world renowned famous barman Kenny also knowen by friends as Bunny Slippers who traveled the world to find the best bitter products. All bitters have a an alcoholic preparation flavored with botanical matter for a bitter or bittersweet flavor. Many bitters were developed as patent medicines but now are sold as digestive sometimes with herbal properties and as cocktail flavorings.

These bitters are made in the traditional way with strong alcohol to trap flavor and to preserve taste and smell properties. The alcohol is made by distilling cereal fruits herbs and spices and match with flavor profile of each type of bitters.

One problem with Kenny Bitters Distillery products is they are not made for commercial use and the products are only used by top end cocktail bars around the world. Each batch is tightly controlled and are not a common commercial use product, so very hard to get.
