Method - Layered - Room Temperature

Pour brandy into liqueur glass.
Flaot the tsipouro brandy on top.
Sprinkle the lemon juice on top.
Good with lamb pastry.

Brandy Metaxa - Metaxa 12 Star Brandy with a radiant amber colour flecked with flowers and herbs interwoven with luscious notes of chocolate butter scotch and hints of orange peel.

Tsipouro Kardasi - Kardasi Tsipouro is distilled from black Muscat grapes allowing the aromas of rose blossom caramel and butter to shine through.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Pastry Briouat - Briouat or Briwat Pastry is a sweet or savory puff pastry filled with meat chicken or lamb or fish and shrimp cheese lemon black pepper herbs spices.

Zorba The Greek is piquant very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml brandy metaxa and 30ml tsipouro kardasi with 20ml lemon juice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just pour brandy into liqueur glass then flaot the tsipouro brandy on top and sprinkle the lemon juice on top and good with lamb pastry and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
