Zorba The Greek is piquant very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml brandy metaxa and 30ml tsipouro kardasi with 20ml lemon juice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just pour brandy into liqueur glass then flaot the tsipouro brandy on top and sprinkle the lemon juice on top and good with lamb pastry and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
