ZYR Gimlet Cocktail

Ingredients

Vodka ZYR

30ml

Blood Lime

100ml

Ice

Blood Lime Juice

27% Alcohol By Volume

1.9 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add blood lime wedge into mixing glass.
Muddle well.
Drop in the ice and vodka and juice.
Stir well.
Pour all into short glass.
Top glass with ice.

Vodka ZYR - Vodka ZYR or zeer vodka named after zyrkalo mira or reflection of the world is a dangerously smooth grain vodka

Blood Lime - Blood red lime have a soft sweet limey flavour and are a hybrid citrus fruit with a deep red color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blood Lime Juice - Juice taken from a blood lime crushing segment membranes.

ZYR Gimlet is flavoursome very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml vodka zyr and 30ml blood lime with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add blood lime wedge into mixing glass then muddle well and drop in the ice and vodka and juice. Stir well and pour all into short glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
