Wine Rice Sake Yuzu

Tonic Water

Ice

Yuzu Peel

2% Alcohol By Volume

0.2 Standard Drinks

Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Add in the yuzu sake.
Top glass with tonic water.
Garnish with yuzu peel.

Wine Rice Sake Yuzu

Tonic Water - Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Yuzu Peel - Peel from a yuzu fruit also knowen as yuzu zest or yuzu skin.

Yuzu Spritz is divine watered down cocktail at 0.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml wine rice sake yuzu and 70ml tonic water with 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into glass then add in the yuzu sake and top glass with tonic water and garnish with yuzu peel and served in a highball glass cold.
