Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Salt rim of glass.
Strain into glass.

Tequila Reposado 1800 - 1800 reposado tequila is crafted using 8 to 12 year old agave and is matured in oak barrels for no less than six months with buttery caramel mild spices and a touch of smokiness.

Orange Liqueur Filfar - Filfar orange liqueur is flavoured with a blend of sun ripened orange and aromatic herbs.

Yuzu Juice - Juice from yuzu fruit with a light yellow color.

Yuzu Syrup - Yuzu syrup made with sugar to make thick and sweet and cooked until well mixed.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Yuzu - Citrus junos or yuzu is a citrus fruit and plant in the family Rutaceae.

Salt Yuzu - Yuzu Salt is sodium chloride rubed with the skin of yuzu to release the oils from the yuzu peel into the salt with bits of skin to give a strong yuzu scent.

Yuzu Margarita is piquant quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml tequila reposado 1800 and 30ml orange liqueur filfar with 30ml yuzu juice as well as 10ml yuzu syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Salt rim of glass and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
