Method
  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Pour in one and a half shots of coconut rum.
  3. Add half a shot of lemon liqueur.
  4. Top with lemon soda.
  5. Garnish with candied lemon zest.

Yochanan is moreish strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum coconut wicked dolphin and 15ml lemon liqueur solbevi with 30ml lemon soda as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to glass then pour in one and a half shots of coconut rum and add half a shot of lemon liqueur. Top with lemon soda and garnish with candied lemon zest and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
