Yellowbird is moreish robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml brandy apricot and 15ml banana liqueur bols with 30ml rum light white as well as 10ml aperitivo galliano including 30ml pineapple juice also 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less l'aperitivo and shake well. Strain into glass and float galliano l'aperitivo on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
