  1. Place half the ice into shaker.
  2. Place all the ingredients into shaker.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Pour all into rocks glass.
  5. Pack more ice cubes into glass.

Y2K is dainty smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml yuzu liqueur stache house and 60ml kiwi juice golden with 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place half the ice into shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and quick shake. Pour all into rocks glass and pack more ice cubes into glass and garnish with gold kiwi and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
