Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Add more ice cubes to glass.
  6. Best consumed in water on a hot day.

Xana is delicioso full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml brandy ron dos maderas and 10ml bitters calisaya with 50ml water as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour everything into glass and add more ice cubes to glass and best consumed in water on a hot day and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
