Method
  1. Add the gigner liqueur into glass.
  2. Pour in the ginger beer.
  3. Float the beer on top.

Wyangala Dam is smaklig mild cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml ginger liqueur kwv and 60ml ginger beer with 200ml beer brew kolsch and good with afternoon tea. Just add the gigner liqueur into glass then pour in the ginger beer and float the beer on top and served in a highball glass cold.
