Method - Poured - Cold

Use ice cold glass.
Pour a little sherry into glass.
Pour in a splash orujo.
Pour in the sparkling white wine.
Add a few drop of golden honey into glass.

Wona is delicioso full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 15ml sherry fino and 15ml orujo olave honey with 70ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just use ice cold glass then pour a little sherry into glass and pour in a splash orujo. Pour in the sparkling white wine and add a few drop of golden honey into glass and served in a flute glass cold.
