Witchetty is mmmm heavy cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml macadamia liqueur and 30ml rum bundaberg and best with an entree or small snack. Just place witchetty grub into glass then add macadamia liqueur and float rum on top and garnish with finger lime and served in a liqueur glass cold.
