Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
  3. Cut ginger into fine julienne.
  4. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour into warm glass.
  7. Enjoyable

Winter Fire is enjoyable weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 200ml pear cider and 10ml bitters hops kenny with 20ml lime juice as well as 10ml honey including 10ml ginger syrup and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just warm glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and cut ginger into fine julienne. Add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well and pour into warm glass and served in a coffee glass warm.
