Wine Mushroom is very enjoyable weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 120ml wine red barbera and 120ml consomme mushroom with 10ml port and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm glass then add warm marinated mushroom to glass and warm mixing glass and heat cubes. Add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until warm and pour into warm glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with parsley and chives and served in a coffee glass warm.
