Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Quick stir.
  4. Pour all into old fashioned glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.
  6. Garnish with pear.

William is reviving quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml pear liqueur poire williams and 15ml vodka alexandrion with 30ml pear cider as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add all ingredients to mixing glass and quick stir. Pour all into old fashioned glass and top glass with ice and garnish with pear and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
