  1. Half fill glass with ice.
  2. Add pineapple pulp.
  3. Add more ice.
  4. Add gin.
  5. Pour over pineapple juice.
  6. Flick a little bitters on top.

Whopper is delectable strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin navy strength demoiselle and 30ml pineapple juice with 30ml pineapple pulp as well as 130ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just half fill glass with ice then add pineapple pulp and add more ice. Add gin and pour over pineapple juice and flick a little bitters on top and served in a goblet glass cold.
