Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add suze to glass.
  3. Pour in gin.
  4. Add lillet to glass.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit bitters.

White Negroni is sharp robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bitters suze and 30ml lillet blanc reserve with 30ml gin taka as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice then add suze to glass and pour in gin. Add lillet to glass and garnish with grapefruit bitters and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
