  1. Add lemon sorbet to glass.
  2. Add ice to glass.
  3. Add lemon liqueur.
  4. Add lemon syrup.
  5. Top with lime soda.

Whisky Spider is delicious light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky glenfiddich 12year and 50ml sorbet lemon with 50ml ice as well as 30ml imperial lemon syrup including 130ml lemon soda and served as or with a sorbet course. Just add lemon sorbet to glass then add ice to glass and add lemon liqueur. Add lemon syrup and top with lime soda and served in a highball glass cold.
