Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Fine strain into cocktail glass.

Syphon Seltzer syphon seltzer is soda water or carbonated water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Whiskey Sour Classic is gorgeous full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whiskey and 20ml lemon juice with 20ml sugar syrup as well as 50ml syphon seltzer including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into cocktail glass and served in a wine glass cold.
