Method - Poured - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Quick shake.
Pour all into glass.
Fill glass with ice.

Guava Syrup - Guava flavor syrup made with guava and sugar.

Falernum Syrup - Falernum syrup is flavoured with almond ginger lime and or vanilla cloves and allspice and cooked with sugar until thick and sweet.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Wei Lei is succulent very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml baijiu luzhou laojiao and 30ml brandy st agnes xo 40years with 20ml lime juice as well as 10ml guava syrup including 10ml falernum syrup also 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
