  1. Warm apple cider with the mulling spices.
  2. Warm old fashioned glass.
  3. Pour in orange and cinnamon liqueurs.
  4. Add spiced warm apple cider.

Wassail is moreish standard cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 120ml apple cider and 15ml orange liqueur pierre ferrand with 15ml cinnamon liqueur dezir and taken after dinner or late in the night. Just warm apple cider with the mulling spices then warm old fashioned glass and pour in orange and cinnamon liqueurs. Add spiced warm apple cider and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
