Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Pour vecchio amaro over ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with lemon.

Amaro Vecchio - Caffo Vecchio Amaro del Capo has twenty nine herbs flowers fruits and roots blended to make this unique Calabrian spirit.

Syphon Vichy - Syphon Vichy is a device that makes soda water with CO2 cartridges or soda water.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Dried - Dried Lemon is sun dried or dehydrat lemon used to dress and flavour lemon cocktails.

Vecchio And Soda is afternoon amaro tonic standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml amaro vecchio and 70ml syphon vichy with 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then pour vecchio amaro over ice and top with soda water and garnish with lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
