Method
  1. Warm rabbit consomme and old fashioned glass.
  2. Pour in cloudberry liqueur.
  3. Add st hallvard to glass.
  4. Pour in warm rabbit consomme.
  5. Cut a small cube of butter and add to glass.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Add cocktail bread on the side for dipping.

Varm Kanin is velsmakende smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml st hallvard and 15ml bitters dram with 120ml consomme rabbit and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm rabbit consomme and old fashioned glass then pour in cloudberry liqueur and add st hallvard to glass. Pour in warm rabbit consomme and cut a small cube of butter and add to glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and add cocktail bread on the side for dipping and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
