Vanilla Shortbread Dipper is tasty full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vanilla liqueur cream baileys and 30ml butterscotch liqueur allens with 10ml vanilla syrup giffard as well as 40ml cream including 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and serve on a doily plate and use scottish shortbread for dipping and served in a saucer glass cold.
