Method
  1. Place half the ice to shaker.
  2. Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour all into short glass.
  5. Add more ice to glass.

Vanilla Punch Classic is moreish robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml brandy and 15ml lemon juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml vanilla essence including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place half the ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well. Pour all into short glass and add more ice to glass and served in a highball glass cold.
