  1. Warm balloon glass.
  2. Pour in a large peg of irish whiskey.
  3. Smell and sniff.
  4. Add flat or soda water to taste.

Just warm balloon glass then pour in a large peg of irish whiskey and smell and sniff and add flat or soda water to taste and served in a balloon glass at room temperature.
