Twin Peaks is delish quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum spiced new norfolk and 30ml vanilla liqueur with 30ml cream as well as 10ml popcorn syrup monin including 100ml ice and served with sweet dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and vigorously shake. Strain into glass and place two small meringue peaks on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
