Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Stir well.
Fine strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with an olive.

Gin Dry - Dry gin flavour is from juniper berries and other flavounrs and always has very little sweetness to taste.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Maraschino Liqueur - Maraschino is a liqueur from the distillation of Marasca cherries.

Bitters Orange - Orange bitters is a form of bitters a cocktail flavoring made from the peels of Seville oranges cardamom caraway seed coriander and burnt sugar in an alcohol base.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Turf Classic is dainty heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry and 30ml vermouth dry with 10ml maraschino liqueur as well as 10ml absinthe including 5ml bitters orange also 5ml bitters together with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir well. Fine strain into cocktail glass and garnish with an olive and served in a martini glass cold.
