  1. Fill glass with ice to chill.
  2. Pour in the tangerine juice.
  3. Add in the soda water.
  4. Sprinkle the pineau des charentes on top.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves.

Tres Tangerine is delish mild cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml pineau des charentes and 30ml tangerine juice with 30ml club soda as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice to chill then pour in the tangerine juice and add in the soda water. Sprinkle the pineau des charentes on top and garnish with mint leaves and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
