Built with 10ml port wine tawny galway pipe and 10ml rum dark myers with 10ml orange liqueur as well as 70ml sparkling wine red and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add port to vold glass then pour in dark rum and add triple sec. Top with sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
