Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with smoked salmon.

Tillicum Indian is scrummy heavy cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin dry feather and hound and 30ml vermouth dry with 10ml bitters as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with smoked salmon and served in a martini glass cold.
