Tiki is delectable strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml baijiu wuliangye and 15ml rum spiced cuprum with 20ml coconut cream as well as 15ml lime juice including 20ml passion fruit juice also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place half the ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker and quick shake. Pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a highball glass cold.
