Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Pour in nip of bourbon whisky.
Add lemon juice.
Pour in orange juice.
Top with lemon soda.
Splash a little grenadine on top.

Bourbon - Bourbon is a type of spirit alcohol distilled from maize or corn and rye and can be aged and comes in a number of colors from dark to light.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Thoroughbred Cooler is heavenly average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon and 10ml lemon juice with 30ml orange juice as well as 30ml lemon soda including 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to glass then pour in nip of bourbon whisky and add lemon juice. Pour in orange juice and top with lemon soda and splash a little grenadine on top and served in a highball glass cold.
