Method - Stirred - Warm

Brew short hot tea.
Heat up the serving glass.
Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until warm and mixed.
Hawthorne strain into warm glass.

Grappa Santei - Karst grappa is homemade distillate from the santei grapes and distilled by the traditional method with no added sugar.

Brandy Santei - Santei brandy classic distillation method from grapes and lavender with a warm orange copper color.

Tea - Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over leaves of the camellia sinensis an evergreen shrub.

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Telemach is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml grappa santei and 15ml brandy santei with 45ml tea and best at tea time. Just brew short hot tea then heat up the serving glass and warm mixing glass and heat cubes. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until warm and mixed and hawthorne strain into warm glass and served in a martini glass warm.
