  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Pour in byrrh and mezcal.
  3. Add in grapefruit juice.
  4. Stir in soda water.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Tautavel Sunrise is delightful light cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml byrrh and 30ml mezcal cactus jack with 30ml grapefruit juice as well as 80ml club soda including 130ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to glass then pour in byrrh and mezcal and add in grapefruit juice. Stir in soda water and garnish with a grapefruit peel and served in a goblet glass cold.
