Tasty Prosciutto is tasy mild cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 50ml prosciutto and 15ml vermouth dry with 45ml prosecco and best with lunch. Just make three roses of prosciutto then add prosciutto to center of glass and add dry vermouth over prosciutto. Top with prosecco sparkling wine and serve with fork and served in a saucer glass cold.
