Tamarillo Tiramisu is moreish average cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 40ml cake chocolate and 30ml tamarillo liqueur with 30ml chocolate liqueur brown as well as 10ml cheese mascarpone including 20ml tamarillo pulp and best with dessert type dishes. Just cut cake into a square then in half then add tamarillo pulp to bottom of glass and drizzle each half of cake with tamarillo liqueur. Place mascarpone between each cake and add to cake to glass, split up and pour chocolate liqueuer over cake to make a line and serve with cocktail spoon and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate powder and served in a saucer glass cold.
