Method
  1. Cut cake into a square then in half.
  2. Add tamarillo pulp to bottom of glass.
  3. Drizzle each half of cake with tamarillo liqueur.
  4. Place mascarpone between each cake.
  5. Add to cake to glass, split up.
  6. Pour chocolate liqueuer over cake to make a line.
  7. Serve with cocktail spoon.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate powder.

Layered with 40ml cake chocolate and 30ml tamarillo liqueur with 30ml chocolate liqueur brown as well as 10ml cheese mascarpone including 20ml tamarillo pulp and best with dessert type dishes.
