Tak is saporito full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka suntory haku and 15ml sherry fino with 45ml apple juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then drop in the thyme and pour in vodka and sherry. Add the apple juice and quick shake and pour all into short glass then top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
