  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add Amazake to glass.
  3. Sprinkle a little ginger powder on top.
  4. Drinks well with eel style sushi.

Sweet Sake is glorious light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 90ml wine rice amazake and 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add amazake to glass and sprinkle a little ginger powder on top and drinks well with eel style sushi and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
